City Centre ‘destination store’ format for Woolworths. The objective to re-invent the virtues of the brand as a respectful value retailer. Working with the individual product category teams to one overall format, whilst creating a more dynamic customer experience within each category, including a new ‘cafe express’ format and brand identity, express payment and extended entertainment and ‘Ladybird’ fashion departments.

Woolworths General Store

A format based on a convenience store model and anchored by a pharmacy offering

Woolworths and Superdrug product ranges and extended services, including fresh produce, beers wines and spirits, pharmacist consultation and photo lab. We created the ‘general store’ brand identity, overall communication hierarchy, retail environment and individual service initiatives as well as acting as the facilitator for the proposition and store delivery.
